the order was delivre by DHL, meaning they are shipped on a pallet or in a crate, depending on the size of your order. Upon receiving your pallet, it's important to inspect the contents before the driver departs.

If you detect any apparent damage on the outside of the pallet:

- Take photos of the damaged items.

- Sign the BOL (Bill of Lading) noting "received damaged" and photograph this as well.

- Accept the delivery, noting it as damaged.

- If the damage is extensive, you may refuse the delivery and request it be returned to us.

- Please email all relevant documentation to us at moroccanzelligart@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Upon receipt of all necessary documentation, we will proceed with sending you replacement boxes.
